We use Paypal's secure shopping cart system which accepts Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express.
Please make sure your shipping and billing address are the same and reflect
the address that is listed on your credit card statement. When you make a
purchase from Ananatai.com, your credit card will be billed as PayPal.com.
We offer standard shipping to our customers via USPS. Most orders will be
shipped within your time choice, unless we are low on supplies.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please feel
free to return or exchange the unused item in its original packaging within
30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Personalized or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned
for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the
items. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping
charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid upfront before the
exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their
original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any
scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a
refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment,
or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.
